This isn't a sightseeing tour. This is a meeting with what you believe

Most people go to Israel once in a lifetime. The question isn’t whether you’ll ever go. The question is whether you’ll go in a way that actually changes something.

Our tour is not a checklist of attractions. Every site is a context: what happened here, what it means in Scripture, and why it still matters to you today.

After this trip, you will:

Why travelers choose FAVOR — and come back

There’s a real person behind every step of your tour

Nadin Denesenko — organizer, author of a book about Israel — built this route, chose the hotels, and verified every detail personally. She stays in touch from your first day to your return home. If something goes wrong — you are never alone with the problem.

Your guide is a professional, personally selected by FAVOR

We don’t take the first available local guide. Every guide who works with our groups has passed personal selection. They know the route, and can explain each site with spiritual depth — not a memorized script.

You won’t get lost in a crowd of tourists

Group maximum: 30 people. You are seen and heard. If you need to stop, pray, or ask a question — that’s possible.

March in Israel. The land in bloom. And the story told in a different light.

Spring is when Israel looks the way it does in the Psalms. Wildflowers cover the Galilee hills. The air is cool and clear. The light over Jerusalem in March has a quality that photographers chase all year.

What makes March special:

✓ Wildflowers in bloom across the Galilee — anemones, poppies, irises

✓ Comfortable walking temperatures — 60–72°F, perfect for full-day outdoor sites

✓ Smaller crowds than peak summer season

✓ Spring light over Jerusalem — photographers and pilgrims agree: this is the best

✓ Passover context — traveling in the weeks leading up to Passover adds a layer of meaning at every site

Land package: March 2–11, 2027. With US flights: March 1–11, 2027.

Why travel with FAVOR TRAVEL— not directly with a local company

Someone is on your side from the first call to the flight home

A local Turkish operator sells you an itinerary. FAVOR Travel walks with you from the first conversation to the moment you land back home. When a flight changes, a hotel shifts, or your group needs flexibility — we handle it. You don’t figure it out in a foreign country, alone.

Your guide knows the Bible — not just the ruins

We carefully select guides who bring Scripture to life on-site. When you stand in the Great Theatre at Ephesus and read Acts 19 — your guide opens the Word in the place where it happened. That’s a different experience entirely from a history lecture.

All domestic flights — booked, managed, and included

Flights are inside your tour price. You don’t search for them, you don’t book them separately, you don’t worry about check-in logistics. We handle it. That’s $600–1000 per couple already covered.

10+ years of faith-based travel

FAVOR Travel specializes in biblical and faith-based group tours. We understand how ministry works on the road, how church groups travel, and what matters most to believers making this pilgrimage.

Questions people ask before booking

This is always the first question — and it deserves a direct answer. We monitor the situation in Israel continuously and stay in close contact with our partners on the ground. Our March 2027 tour is planned and we are actively accepting registrations. We will communicate personally with every registered traveler if anything changes that affects our plans. Safety is our first priority — we have never placed a FAVOR group in a dangerous situation. If you want our current honest assessment of the security situation for March 2027, write to us directly and we'll tell you exactly what we know.

Both October and March are excellent times for biblical travel in Israel. March offers wildflowers across Galilee, cooler temperatures (60–72°F), smaller crowds than peak season, and a Passover context that adds meaning at every New Testament site. October is also excellent — post-holiday calm, golden light, slightly warmer. The best time is the one you can actually go. If March 2027 works for your schedule, it is a genuinely wonderful time to be in Israel.

Please contact us before booking flights for this tour. Flight options to Tel Aviv vary significantly by departure city, and availability for spring 2027 is changing frequently. We can help you identify the best routing from your home airport, flag any layover considerations, and coordinate your arrival so you're ready for Day 1 of the tour (March 2, 2027). If you're flying from the West Coast, a New York overnight may be necessary — we'll walk you through it.

Yes — and first-timers often have the most powerful experience. Your guide explains every site from the beginning with full context. You don't need prior knowledge of church history or archaeology. You need curiosity and comfortable walking shoes. Our route is designed for people who have never been — and many of our repeat travelers say the first trip was the one that changed them.

Spiritually: read the Gospels slowly in the weeks before you go. Mark first for pace, then Luke for detail. We send all registered travelers a preparation guide organized by the sites on the itinerary — readings, historical context, and questions to bring with you. Physically: walk 1–2 miles daily starting 4–6 weeks before departure. Break in your walking shoes before you arrive. In March, pack layers — mornings and evenings can be cool (50s°F), midday is warm (70°F). One light rain jacket is worth the space.

Yes — about a third of our travelers come as individuals. You'll join a group of fellow believers and will not feel alone. If you'd prefer a private room, the single rate is $3,399 per person (already included in pricing — no supplement to calculate). If you'd like to be matched with a same-gender roommate at the $2,499 rate, let us know at registration.

The $200 administrative fee is non-refundable under all circumstances. The remaining $300 deposit balance is refundable per our Cancellation Policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance within 14 days of your deposit — it's the only real protection for your investment if something unexpected happens. Full cancellation policy is on our website. Write to us with any questions before registering.
