Consultation Services

Sometimes you don't need us to book your trip. You just need to know you got it right

Not every traveler wants a full-service trip. Some people love planning. Some already booked half of it and just want a second pair of expert eyes before they commit.

That’s exactly what these three services are for.

Favor Travel has planned 1,000+ trips over 10+ years — from simple cruises to international ministry conferences. Every consultation, at every tier, is reviewed personally by Nadin Denesenko, GM of Favor Travel. Not outsourced. Not automated.

The Booking Check — $50

You’re booking it yourself. Let’s make sure it actually works.

You’ve done the research. You have the flights, the hotels, maybe even the rental car. You’re ready to hit confirm.

But there’s a small voice asking: did I miss something?

Maybe it’s the layover that’s too tight. The hotel that’s actually 40 minutes from where you thought. The day you scheduled a 6-hour drive right after a red-eye flight.

You don’t need someone to plan your trip. You need someone who’s actually been there to look at what you’ve built — and tell you the truth before you pay for it.

How it works:

  1. Send us your itinerary

Upload a PDF, share a screenshot, or just paste the details — flights, hotels, routes, dates. Takes 5 minutes.

  2. We review it like it’s our own trip

Reviewed personally by our team — the same people who’ve planned 1,000+ trips. We check timing, logistics, realistic distances, and anything that could go wrong.

  3. You get a clear written answer

A short, specific breakdown: what’s solid, what’s risky, and exactly what we’d change and why. Not a checkmark — real analysis, usually 1-2 paragraphs per concern.

What the response actually looks like:

Specific enough that you could hand it to anyone — a spouse, a friend, the hotel itself — and they’d immediately understand the issue and what to do about it.

If we don’t find anything worth changing — we’ll tell you that too. That’s still $50 well spent: certainty instead of a nagging feeling.

“We had booked four cities in six days and thought we’d nailed it. Their review caught that we’d scheduled the longest drive on the one day we’d already be exhausted from a flight. $50 saved us from the worst day of the trip.”

— Sarah M., family of 4, Italy self-drive

This is for you if:

  • You enjoy planning and want to keep doing it yourself
  • You’ve already built most of your itinerary
  • You want an expert second opinion — not a full re-plan
  • You’d rather pay $50 now than find out about a problem when you’re already there

Best timing: send your itinerary 2–4 weeks before departure — early enough to actually fix what we find, late enough that your plan is mostly locked.

$50  · flat fee · one itinerary review · 48-hour turnaround

PDF, screenshot, or just paste the details · We reply within 48 hours

Just write – Want  The Booking Check consultation

Q: What if you find a problem I can’t fix myself?

We’ll tell you exactly what to ask for when you contact the hotel or airline directly. You stay in control — we just make sure you’re asking the right question.

The Full Itinerary Design — $100

Multiple countries. National parks. Too many moving parts to plan alone.

Some trips aren’t simple. Two weeks across three European countries. A national parks road trip with six stops and four different ecosystems. The kind of trip where one wrong decision early on throws off everything that follows.

This is where most people open seventeen browser tabs and never actually finish planning.

We build the entire route for you — not a checklist, not a spreadsheet. A real, interactive itinerary you can actually use on the ground.

How it works:

  1. Tell us the basics

Your destinations, rough dates, number of travelers, and one sentence about what kind of trip this is — relaxed, packed, foodie-focused, history-heavy. That’s it. We fill in the rest.

  2. We build your route

Day-by-day sequencing, realistic drive times, what’s worth the detour and what’s overrated. Every hotel we recommend links directly to Google Maps — see exactly where you’re staying before you book anything.

  3. You receive your itinerary

A clean digital document — day-by-day, clickable, with insider notes and historical context for every stop. Delivered within 5 business days.

What it looks like:

Not a PDF wall of text. Something you’d actually want to open on your phone in the airport — organized by day, with a 2-3 sentence “why this matters” note for every stop, and direct map links for every hotel.

Need it faster? Rush delivery (48 hours) available for +$40 — just mention it when you reach out.

“We wanted Italy, Switzerland, and France in two weeks and had no idea how to sequence it. What they sent back wasn’t just a list — it was a real route, with the boring research already done. We just followed it.”

— James & Lin, 3-country Europe trip

This is for you if:

  • You’re combining multiple countries or multiple national parks
  • You want to book everything yourself — but need someone to design the actual route
  • You don’t have time to research 15 cities or 6 parks individually
  • You want a plan that feels like it was built by someone who’s actually been there

$100 · flat fee · complete interactive itinerary · 1 revision included

Tell us your destinations and dates · Delivered within 5 business days

Q: What if I don’t like the route you build?

One revision is included specifically for this. And if something still feels off after that, we’ll talk it through with you until it’s right. We’re not done until you’re confident in it.

Group & MICE Strategy Consultation — From $500

You’re responsible for getting a group somewhere — and you need an actual plan, not a sales pitch.

Organizing travel for a group is a different kind of problem. Fifteen people or two hundred. A church congregation, a corporate retreat, a denominational conference. The stakes aren’t just logistical — they’re reputational.

You don’t need someone to tell you that group travel is complicated. You already know that.

You need a concrete, step-by-step plan built specifically for your group, your budget, and your timeline — something you can act on immediately, whether you book everything through us or not.

How it works:

  1. Free 20-minute intake call

We ask about your group size, destination, timeline, and goals. This confirms scope and exact pricing — no charge for this conversation, and if we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you honestly.

  2. 60–90 minute strategy session

A real working session — not a sales script. We build your plan together, covering budget, timeline, vendors, and risk.

  3. You receive your written action plan

A complete step-by-step plan: budget framework, vendor and venue recommendations, a timeline from today until departure, and the three risks most likely to affect a group your size — with how to prevent each one.

Pricing scales with your group:

  • From $500 — groups up to 50 people
  • From $1,200 — groups of 50–150 people
  • Custom quote — groups of 150+ or multi-venue/multi-day conferences

Conference and MICE pricing depends on complexity as much as headcount — your free intake call confirms your exact number before anything is charged.

This consultation is led personally by Nadin Denesenko, Event travel expert, GM of Favor Travel — not handed off to a junior coordinator.

“We’d never organized an international conference before. The strategy session gave us a real plan — not vague advice. We knew exactly what to do Monday morning.”

— Mission director, 150-person conference

After the session:

The plan is yours. Use it with us, use it with another operator, or run it yourself. We’re confident enough in what we deliver that we don’t need to lock you in to prove its value.

We’ve built strategies for groups as small as 18 and as large as 280 — across church conferences, denominational gatherings, and corporate retreats.

This is for you if:

  • You’re planning a group trip, retreat, or conference of 15+ people
  • You need a strategic plan — even if you’re not ready to book yet
  • You want clarity on budget, timeline, and risk before you commit to anything
  • You’d rather pay for expert direction now than make expensive mistakes later

From $500 · scales with group size · free intake call confirms exact quote

20  minutes · No charge · We’ll confirm scope and pricing before anything begins

Q: Does this commit me to booking with Favor Travel?

No. The plan is yours regardless of who you book with. If we’re the right fit to execute it too, we’ll talk about that separately.

Quick comparison — which one is right for you?

BOOKING CHECK ($50) — I already booked it. I just want to know if it’s right.

ITINERARY DESIGN ($100) — I’m booking it myself, but the route is too complex to plan alone.

GROUP STRATEGY (From $500) — I’m responsible for a group and need an actual plan from an expert.

Not sure which one fits? Message us with what you’re planning — we’ll tell you honestly which service makes sense for your situation. Even if it means recommending the cheaper one.
