Spring of Life Chu

Spring of Life Church · Everett, WA

Church group · Israel · 2019 · 50 travelers · 12 days

Pastor Avdeev first saw us work — at our own event in Israel. His congregation wasn't ready for a premium budget. We rebuilt the package around what they could actually afford without cutting what mattered.
On the last day in Jerusalem, the group gathered in a church and sang. It felt like worship rising from every corner of that ancient city.

“We said goodbye like family. We’re still in touch today.”

— Pastor Viktor Avdeev

SGA Mission · 12 countries

International mission · Israel · Turkey · 2019 & 2022 · 65 travelers

Michael Johnson needed to bring ministry leaders from 12 countries together — different flights, different passports, one shared purpose. We built two trips across two years.
We organized a separate day for the women — north of Israel, in full spring bloom. No agenda. Just the land, the flowers, and each other.

“Wonderful trips — fellowship and exchange truly worth it.”

— Michael Johnson, President, SGA Mission

70th Anniversary of Israel

70th Anniversary of Israel

Congress · 450 people · Israel · 2018 · 9 buses

450 people. One day. Nine buses across Jerusalem. Every transfer, every session, every excursion — on time. Nobody felt the complexity behind the scenes.
Last night — Mount of Olives. Jerusalem glowed below. 450 people from around the world sang together. Nobody planned that moment.

“After the conference, people said they would now pray for Israel.”

— Nadin Denesenko

International Mission

80 people · Turkey · 2023 · 23 countries · 3 months notice

They came to us 3 months before departure. 80 people from 23 countries many still needing visas. We found a hotel with flexible visa-refusal cancellation terms.
5 participants didn't get their visas. Not a single dollar in penalties. 75 traveled. The event happened exactly as planned.

“This is what it means to plan for what could go wrong before it does.”

Corporate Group · Private Tour

20 people · Greece · Italy · 2025 · 2 countries

Fixed budget, two countries, different hotels, a strategic session in a third venue. For us — a familiar route. We've walked every step of it ourselves.
The Vatican. Twenty colleagues stood together in one of the most overwhelming spaces on earth — and felt it.

“Thank you for the attention to detail. Everything was incredible despite the complexity.”

— Group organizer

Corporate Strategic Retreat

3 venues · Portugal · Madeira · 2024 · 2 destinations

Different hotels, packed excursion program, strategic session in a separate venue. Portugal traffic is unpredictable. We built invisible buffer time into every transfer.
Every excursion on time. Every session on time. The organizer called after and said something we hadn't expected.

“Honestly — I didn’t think this was possible. I was prepared for the program to fall apart.”

— Group organizer

Harry Brown · Stranded Abroad

Crisis - Overseas · Emergency response · 6 hours on the phone

While overseas, a terrorist attack closed the airport. Flights cancelled. No way out. Our agent got on the phone - and stayed there for 6 hours straight until every flight was rebooked and every passenger had a way home.
Nobody asked them to stay on the phone for 6 hours. They just did.

“Favor Travel has the customer at heart. That is dedication.”

— Harry Brown
